"Where do i start... this agency is a joke. If you are trying to run a business dont do business with these clowns. They had my commerical policy lapes and when i ask them to put it on auto pay they never did. Ive had to renew my policy twice because they are incompetent. told them to send a fs1 form to the dmv (because they never put my policies on auto pay even thoughi asked them to) they said they would but when i tried to renew my registration they told me they never sent out the form nor did they put my policies on auto pay. That should have been done 2 1/2 weeks prior. No accountability at all. When i spoke with Josh he acted none of this was his fualt. He literally was the catalyst for the whole situation becuase we confronted him about the first time this happened. Also Josh, the day my family (uncle, 2 brothers, and sister) was there at the agency handling my fathers life insurance policy for his passing. you made my younger sister very on unconformtable. It was inappropriate of you tomake advances on my sister while while we are grieving and handling a sensitive topic. You made sure to take care of all of us so you could have a one on one with her. Tell me is it protocol or professional of you to compliment a girls nails and tell then how pretty they are? Or when her brothers and uncle leave to immediately ask which of us her her favorite? You even winked as she was leaving! Trust me this will be added the complaint i filed on you Josh! If i could give this poor excuse for establishment a zero stars i would!"

"I had ended insurance on 2 vehicles.Before the monthly draw out of an account...I went in to get the balance owed...They havent sent anything as of yet...almost 2 months...Never again and no recommendation from me ....its 0"

"Sorry but I left this agent. The office is dirty and dilapidated and is an awful representation for State Farm Insurance. I gave them 3 stars because I am a nice guy they deserve less."

"One of the most unprofessional agents that I've encountered. Van is always "out of the country" or "out of the office" or "with a client" . He never makes himself available to assist with account questions or problems and he does not return phone calls and his staff is not concerned with providing the customer care that comes with State Farm. I recently had a major issue and Mario (Van's staff) assured me that he was calling corporate to get to the bottom of the issue and would return my call. Mario stated that there was nothing that could be done, I called corporate myself to be told that no one from the agency called about my account. Based on my experience, I would not personally recommend this agency and sadly, I was required to choose at least one star."
